Auto Cook - Speed Cook

Speed Cook is the option on the left of the Auto Cook mode

The manual provides the following tables illustrating the possible settings.  What it doesn't tell you is how long it takes to do each amount, so you can plan when your meal will be done.  The good news is that you can select the setting in advance, and it will tell you the time it takes.
