Combi Steam Roasted Cauliflower - Steam Roast

 The author describes this dish as:

"This whole cauliflower is rubbed with spices and roasted in the combi steam oven, making the insides steamy and soft and the outside burnished and full of Moorish-inspired flavour. Served with hommus, toasted almonds and tangy dried apricots, it’s a showstopper of a meat free dinner."


The spice combo includes:  salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garlic, and lemon zest.  Almonds, mint, and sliced dried apricots are used to garnish at time of serving.

The dish is baked on STEAM BAKE or STEAM ROAST at medium steam setting at 400 degrees F for about 45 minutes.

I have not tested this recipe.
