Gourmet Cook - Roasted Lemon Chicken Thighs - 2 hr marinade required

Review of this recipe: I was surprised that there was a 2 hr marinade involved, and did not have time to do that, so it was just for 30 minutes.  I used 2 large thighs, and halved the rest of the ingredients, and substituted chicken stock for white wine (sigh!) because I didn't have any.  I wanted more vegetables, so I added halved brussel sprouts to the potatoes in the bottom of the pan.   I wasn't sure if the "pour the chicken stock into the baking dish" was referring to the marinade, or just plain old stock, so I added the marinade.  I used the Gourmet Cook mode in conjunction with the start time option, which was nice because I could go sit down and let it start on its own. The bake time is 30 minutes PLUS the time to preheat.  **** 4 stars.  The chicken was flavorful, and done to perfection.  The potatoes were the proper consistency, and tasty.  The brussel sprouts, not part of the original recipe, could have used a stirring 1/2 way through the cooking.  What was confusing was that at the end it told me to empty the reservoir -- which I hadn't filled!  I don't see anything that says to fill the reservoir, but I'll try to remember next time and see if it comes out better.
My second attempt at making these I added halved brussel sprouts.
